The room was newly renovated and well laid out and included climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven, truly enjoyed it. The staff was really helpful and attentive, the service was GREAT, they shared some useful information.

It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting pause in Crossville with very good value for money. The breakfast had a great variety, including biscuits, gravy, and waffles that we enjoyed. If you stay here, keep expectations low and book directly for better flexibility.

The breakfast spread blew me away. Fluffy biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, and a waffle maker made mornings enjoyable. The room felt spacious and clean, with a handy nook for coffee and a microwave. The staff, especially Beth at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. I liked the clean, well-stocked breakfast area and the pleasant greeting from Miss Vucky. The carpets in the hallways needed a good vacuuming, and I noticed some dust on furniture in the room. The bathroom could use some improvements, as the door didn't close easily and felt cramped. I think some more attention to the overall cleanliness would make this place even better. Despite some minor issues, I'd happily stay here again for the cozy atmosphere and great breakfast!
